These terms apply to purchases from hammocks.asia. The seller is Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading through Hammocks Singapore.

Products and pricing

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to help you choose; small colour differences can occur between screens and materials. An order is accepted when the payment provider confirms payment and we send an order confirmation.

Delivery and returns

Delivery charges and estimates are shown before payment and explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy and applicable Singapore consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
